Good morning, everybody. Welcome to Monday momentum. Number nine. I believe. I hope you all had a great holiday week, and weekend. Um, I know mine was filled with rest and a little bit of work, a lot of planning strategizing, things of that nature, but. Today. I want to talk about how one of the things we can do to keep momentum going. I'm huge on goals.

I'm huge on planning. And I honestly believe that goals is one of the biggest things we can do to help keep our momentum going. Whether it's creative. Professional. Personal. It's setting those goals and ensuring they are broken down into projects, tasks that are, are measurable. And. Reflecting on that goal, that overarching goal. Every day, you boot up to go to work.

That sets a fresh mindset as to why we are doing what we are doing. And will help us keep going now. When you complete tasks, celebrate that win when you complete a project, celebrate that win. And keep that energy flowing through you to help you achieve that goal and keep the momentum going. Now. What if you're setting goals and you're crushing them within a week. You know, should that be a goal?

Probably not. A goal should be overarching this year I will, or this quarter I will. So. You don't goals that are easily obtained, probably shouldn't be goals. In my opinion, they should be, maybe a project, maybe a task with a couple sub tasks. So. Dream bigger. Ensure goals are something you have to work towards every day. Read that goal every day. And make sure you're working towards it every day and celebrate those wins.

I think that that is the biggest thing we can do to keep momentum going.

We'll see you next week.
